An ode to one of our favourite countries, the Indonesian hideout is the most understated of all of our rooms, providing a tranquil space with an artisanal aesthetic. A bamboo clad nook, decorated in a muted palette of brushed stone, dried palms and earthy timber - all full of warmth thanks to being bathed in sunlight throughout those brighter days.

Cross through the threshold of this room and let the earthy tones wash a sense of calm over you. This hideout is the perfect setting to unwind with a book, nestled amongst the palms and, with any luck, basking in the beautiful sunlight that pours into this south facing room.

Home to some of the plumpest pillows and softest bamboo sheets you'll ever sleep in, allow yourself to decompress under the white linen canopy, whilst taking in the intricately latticed bamboo ceiling.

Sleep with the earthy linen curtains drawn and wake up to a warm glow, or drop the black out blind for a deeper sleep.

The space offers a built in wardrobe with hanging space and a compact en suite with a walk in shower. A cosy room best suited to couples, individuals or close friends due to the more compact layout.

Toiletries from Margate’s own Haeckels and Egyptian cotton towels are included in the room for use during your stay, with separate beach towels provided should you need.
